Coolants Provide Maximum Lubricity & Biostability

ITW Rocol North Amercia has launched Rustlick PowerCool Green and PowerCool Green CF coolants, which are made from naturally derived, green vegetable-based oils.

The new product provides maximum lubricity and biostability in heavy-duty cutting and grinding applications.

The product is safe for all metals, including ferrous/nonferrous metals, aluminium, brass, bronze and copper. They can be used for a wide range of light to heavy-duty applications, such as machining, cutting, grinding, milling, drilling, broaching, turning, threading and tapping.

PowerCool Green is available in two versions, viz., chlorinated and chlorine free. It contains chlorinated EP additives, while PowerCool Green CF contains non-chlorinated EP additives and is recommended for use on titanium. Both the products are available in 5 or 55 gallon containers.
