Magnetic Fanners for Separating Steel Sheets

Eriez Hi-Powr permanent magnetic sheet fanners are contructed with a powerful magnetic circuit that easily separates and fans light or heavy gauge steel, eliminating doubles and increasing production. Units are available in three strengths and in four functional heights, and provide complete coverage for applications up to 1/8” (3mm) thick steel sheets stacked up to 14” (355 mm) high.

Eriez High-Powr Sheet Fanners are designed with a durable stainless steel “U” shaped frame with stainless anti-friction strips and back cover. To simplify transportation, Eriez’s Sheet Fanners feature hand cutouts and a sturdy base for quick mounting to any flat surface. The sheet fanners help eliminate prying, or marring of polished and painted sheets. Semi-sticky, oily, bent and heavy gauge sheets can also be fanned thanks to a rugged magnetic circuit that is completely enclosed to withstand severe usage.
